We offer white glove delivery on orders over $2,500 for a flat $100 fee; our white glove delivery carrier will bring your product into the room of your choice and unpack your item.

We do not refund original shipping charges or white glove fees. Items marked oversized (9' x 12' rugs and over) or delivered with white glove will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the original product price.
