Shipping & Returns
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Items ordered together may arrive in separate shipments on different dates. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Furniture and oversized items are shipped via freight carriers, which may involve longer processing and delivery times. The shipping rates below apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska.
FedEx Ground Standard Delivery: Shipping fees for parcel orders are calculated at checkout based on the original pre-discounted price of the item.
White Glove Delivery: We offer white glove delivery for $150 for orders $1,000 or less, $225 for orders $1,000 - $2,000, and $350 for orders over $2,000. White glove delivery charges are calculated based on the cart total and are displayed at checkout. This delivery service includes a scheduled appointment with a two-person team. The delivery company will contact you via phone, email, or text to arrange the appointment. Customers are responsible for coordinating the delivery time. If a delivery is not scheduled in a timely manner, the carrier may return the item, resulting in a 15% restocking fee. Deliveries to rural or island locations may take longer due to limited routes.White glove service includes delivery to your room of choice, up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure the space is clear and accessible before the delivery. The delivery team cannot move existing furniture. Light assembly and removal of packaging debris are included, but installation services are not. Please inspect your item upon delivery and note any damage on the proof of delivery. A signature will be required.
We want you to love your purchase! Items marked as eligible for free return on their product page can be returned with a complimentary return label if requested within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a gift card or store credit was used for the purchase, refunds will be issued as store credit first. To request a return, please contact us, and we will provide a shipping label.All items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer must arrange equivalent packaging. Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, showing no signs of wear.

Oversize/White Glove Returns: If your item was shipped via freight or white glove delivery, please contact greetings@corador.com to initiate the return. Freight returns are subject to a refund less the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee based on the pre-discounted price. Returns for oversized or white glove items must be requested within 30 days of delivery. For damage claims, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All items must be inspected thoroughly upon arrival, and any damages or discrepancies should be noted before signing the delivery receipt.
A Note on Measuring: Please measure your space carefully before placing an order. Customers are responsible for ensuring the items will fit the intended space. Orders canceled or refused at the time of delivery due to sizing issues will incur a 15% restocking fee.
