We do not refund original shipping charges or white glove fees. Items marked oversized (9' x 12' rugs and over) or delivered with white glove will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the original product price. When a gift card or store credit is used towards your purchase, refunds will automatically be issued as store credit before your credit card payment. All items must be sent back in the original packaging.
