Your item is eligible for a free return unless it is marked oversized at checkout. It can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Email greetings@corador.com to initiate a return. We do not refund original shipping charges or white glove fees. Items marked oversized (9' x 12' rugs and over) or delivered with white glove will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the original product price. When a gift card or store credit is used towards your purchase, refunds will automatically be issued as store credit before your credit card payment.
