We currently only offer shipping in the contiguous United States.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order placement.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email greetings@corador.com upon receipt and we will provide you with complimentary return shipping and send a replacement.

Can I cancel or alter my order once it’s been placed?

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be modified or cancelled by emailing greetings@corador.com. If your order has already been shipped, we can make changes through the return process.

What’s the best rug pad size for my rug?

Our preference is to start with a rug pad the same size as the rug and trim it down to 1-2" smaller once it's laid out.

How do I clean my rug and how often?

Regular vacuuming with your vacuum’s beater bar off is recommended. For immediate spills, blot with water and a towel. If needed, continue to blot with mild soapy water, followed by a mix of equal parts water and vinegar. Do not use oxygen cleaners on your rug. When you have your rug professionally cleaned, we suggest providing your rug cleaning professional with the fiber content and construction of your rug.

What can I do if my rug is shedding?

Shedding is normal and will subside with regular vacuuming. Occasionally, a loose fiber or “sprout” may surface on your rug–these can be trimmed with scissors.

Can I create a custom sized rug?

Absolutely. E-mail greetings@corador.com with your project and one of our designers will work with you to make it happen.

Shedding is normal and will subside with regular vacuuming. Creasing from shipping is normal upon opening your rug and should disappear in a week or two. If your rug lives in direct sunlight, rotating it every now and then will diminish the potential for sun fading. Occasionally, a loose fiber or “sprout” may surface on your rug - these can be trimmed with scissors.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Corador, standard shipping is always free. Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Items ordered together may arrive in multiple boxes and arrive on different delivery dates. We offer white glove delivery on orders over $2,500 for a flat $100 fee; our white glove delivery carrier will bring your product into the room of your choice and unpack your item.

Your item is eligible for a free return unless it is marked oversized at checkout. It can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Email greetings@corador.com to initiate a return. We do not refund original shipping charges or white glove fees. Items marked oversized (9' x 12' rugs and over) or delivered with white glove will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the original product price. When a gift card or store credit is used towards your purchase, refunds will automatically be issued as store credit before your credit card payment. All items must be sent back in the original packaging.
